      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011524" align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;b&gt;FLASH OF INSPIRATION &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011525" align="center"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&amp;quot;&lt;i&gt;Emotion in Color&amp;quot;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011526" align="center"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011527" align="left"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I stopped in front of a picture entitled simply &amp;quot;cloud&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; On a background of blue had been painted a fluffy cloud.&amp;#160; It had wispy, vermiculated edges.&amp;#160; The boarders were white and inside the&amp;#160; cloud there was a darker mixture of grey and purple and blue.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011528" align="left"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011529" align="left"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Hmm, I thought to myself, that's interesting... a picture of a cloud.&amp;#160; I'm not really sure if it llooks like a real cloud.&amp;#160; After all, clouds aren't really those colors and the edges look a little strange,&amp;#160; but it is interesting that someone would paint just a cloud.&amp;#160; I'm not sure I really see the point....&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011530" align="left"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011531" align="left"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;The next day while running, I saw a cloud.&amp;#160; It was a small fluffy cloud, scudding across a patch of blue sky.&amp;#160; It had wispy, vermiculated edges.&amp;#160; The borders were white and insde the cloud there was a darker mixture of grey and purple and blue.&amp;#160; It looked familiar.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011532" align="left"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011533" align="left"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I realized for the first time that good art is not technique.&amp;#160; Good art is emotion.&amp;#160; Now I want the cloud picture.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011534" align="left"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011535" align="left"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Artists have two talents.&amp;#160; The first is the mecanical motor skill required to paint.&amp;#160; It is technique, honed by the training and practice.&amp;#160; The second is more subtle.&amp;#160; It is the genius to see images of beauty everywhere; in buildings, people, trees, and clouds - things we overlook f ar too often.&amp;#160; We need to appreciate this beauty more and treasure it.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-26011536" align="left"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Artists remind us to look for and enjoy what we see around us.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
